Ok first two noob questions:
1. If I want to look at someone elses follows and follow them, how do I do that?
2. How can I cross post?
@alex_schl For question #1 it should be as easy as looking at that persons following. That said I think it will be limited to people from the instance you're at.
It would be one of the reasons why people try to find an instance with like minded people or people they know since before.
